Around the corner, on the side of the home, find a raised bed citrus garden abundant with a Persian lime, Meyer lemon,
Ponkan tangerine, Satsuma tangerine and variegated pink lemon trees. Completing the grove is a fruit cocktail tree. The
expansive back lawn is rimmed with native plantings of White Encore Azaleas and lush Palmettos. Ascend the stairs to
the pool surrounded by overflowing urns of Agave and seasonal color. The pool provides the backdrop for the outdoor

Vistas at Kings Point
A formal courtyard garden, centered with massive Enzo Zago Italian terra cotta containers filled with dramatic
mature Agave plants, welcomes visitors to this timeless Spanish Villa. Glance to the left of the home for the
stunning vistas of the Sidney Lanier Bridge and the Brunswick River. Cross over to the left of the home to a
formal boxwood garden and say hello to a whimsical garden sculpture, “Jim the Rabbit”. Follow the path lined
with hydrangeas to the rear garden and pool area. This garden has been transformed since Hurricane Irma
with Muhly and native grasses for low-maintenance year-round texture and color. The home’s expansive
veranda invites you to linger longer and enjoy the extraordinary marsh views and playful garden sculptures.
Exit along the driveway lush with giant Philodendron Xanadu and Chinese fringe trees. |

Black Banks Sculpture Garden
As you approach this property, you will be awed by the architecture of this home, designed by a local architect who was
inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Large sculptures, Birds of Paradise and mature Agave flank the home’s entrance.
Camellias and a clumping bamboo hedge afford privacy as you proceed along the side path. When you enter the back of the
property, you will be astonished by what awaits. Admire the Muhly grass mixed with other native plants. The sculptures of
renowned artist Stephen Kishel provide color and structure to this hidden gem. |

that provide a lovely soft palette for this semi-shaded area. As you enter the pathway, notice a swing, tucked away
in the far corner, that beckons you to relax and enjoy this peaceful space. Wander further along the path of this pie
shaped garden and savor the many plantings that include: Ajuga, Agapanthus, Hydrangea, Fatsias, Farfugium
Japonicum and African Iris. Meyer Lemon, Olive and Maple trees are artfully mixed with the stately old Live Oak trees. |

A Fresh Approach
Visitors to this unique property will immediately discover the open, uncluttered nature of the landscaping.
As they explore more deeply, however, they will be drawn into it like eyes into a painting. Winding brick walkways carry
the visitor through sculpted lawns and beds, creating contrasts of shapes, textures, and values that are pleasing to the
senses. A large variety of plants that will flourish in our coastal environment have been carefully arranged to enhance
the beauty and serenity of the landscape. Be sure to take a moment to greet their pet, Della the Duck. |

with a connecting breezeway, is casual and welcoming. Two colorful Hawthorn trees frame
the breezeway’s entrance. The gracious owners invite you to walk through their home. Be
wowed by the two-story living room and the game room’s elevated train set going "clickety-clack"
around the ceiling. Continue your visit into the back garden. Listen to the soothing sounds of the bubbling
bird fountain surrounded by holly ferns and variegated tri-color ginger. The crescent shaped patio is edged
with elephant ear plants, giant philodendron and liriope. Take a minute to enjoy the extensive golf course
views. As you exit the patio, circle by the screened in porch and notice the planters, abundant with a variety of succulents.

What a delight to discover this lovely cottage tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The generous front walkway
is lined with Pringle’s dwarf podocarpus and boxwood topiaries. Both reflect the owner’s love of English gardens.

The backyard is centered with a sparkling blue pool that beckons guests with floating lounges. An English boxwood topiary garden,
surrounded by seasonal color, completes this captivating property. Your departure will lead you under an arched metal trellis, defined
by two olive trees.
